* ABOUT SHIPPING * Please note that the 1-3 day processing time is not the shipping duration but the time I take to create and package your lovely orders. There's been some confusion about that and I just wanted to make that clear. That being said, usually your orders are created and shipped out within 24 hours of your order placement. Domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending how far you are from Los Angeles. For free shipping, I'm unable to provide tracking. If you would like to add that option, tracking is 4 dollars. Priority 2-3 day mail is 15 dollars (with tracking). International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International which takes anywhere from 3 to 25 days to arrive. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Although I wish I could hand deliver each card, I have to leave it up to the postal service. It's quite literally out of my hands once I drop the packages off at the post office. In accordance, please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, no replacement will be shipped. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. For orders with tracking that have been lost, a claim with etsy or USPS will have to be filed.
