* SHIPPING INFORMATION * Please note that the 1-3 day processing time is not the shipping duration but the time I take to create and package your orders. Your orders are created and shipped out within 24 hours of your order placement. That means it can take 3 days + 5-10 business days for cards to arrive. Please note that I cannot give refunds for cards that have arrived “too late” for an event. International orders take anywhere from 3 to 25 days to arrive, with tracking.
Tracking is provided through Etsy via Pitney Bowes and does not work for USPS Package Tracking. Tracking is provided as a courtesy and Chewy Lemon Studio does not take responsibility for incorrect tracking information. Chewy Lemon Studio is not responsible for refunds or replacements when a customer writes the address incorrectly or chooses to go with an address that is not USPS recognized.
If your order is marked delivered before it shows up in your mailbox, it may have been that the envelope has been marked delivered at the local post office or processing center. Please give it 1-3 more business days for it to show up. Refunds cannot be given before the full shipping window has closed.
As a last note, please be mindful that Chewy Lemon Studio is a small business, not Amazon. Small businesses cannot control how fast the mail arrives at your doorstep. I ship out orders as fast as humanly possible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Although I wish I could hand deliver each card, I have to leave it up to the postal service. It's quite literally out of my hands once I drop the packages off at the post office. In accordance, please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, no replacement will be shipped. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. For orders with tracking that have been lost, a claim with etsy or USPS will have to be filed.
