Processing time (1-3 days) is the time needed to create and package your order, not the shipping duration. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placement, meaning delivery can take 3 days (processing) + 5-10 business days for U.S. orders. International delivery takes 3 to 25 days. Refunds are not available for orders that arrive “too late” for events.
Tracking is provided via Etsy through Pitney Bowes but is not compatible with USPS tracking. While tracking is a courtesy, Chewy Lemon Studio is not responsible for incorrect tracking info or issues arising from incorrect or unverified addresses.
If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, it may still be en route from the local post office. Please wait 1-3 business days before contacting us. Refunds will not be issued before the full shipping window closes.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Although I wish I could hand deliver each card, I have to leave it up to the postal service. It's quite literally out of my hands once I drop the packages off at the post office. In accordance, please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, no replacement will be shipped. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. For orders with tracking that have been lost, a claim with etsy or USPS will have to be filed.
